What began as a personal commitment from my own salary has now grown into a collective effort, supported by my professional and alumni networks. Today, this initiative supports college education for underprivileged youth, helping them pursue careers in medicine, commerce, teaching, and more.
This is just the beginning. My vision is to scale this effort to support hundreds more—and break the cycle of poverty through education. Remember, an investment in one student’s education echoes across generations.
Reshma grew up in a small, one-room home in Jaipur. Her parents work as daily-wage workers. The idea of college was once unimaginable in their household—no one in the family, had ever made it past secondary school.
But Reshma was different. From an early age, Reshma was bright and scored well in her class. On passing her high-school, the thought of college had not even occurred to her. That is when our initiative came into the picture and changed everything.
Today, Reshma is in her final year at a government nursing school. Her dream is to work in a rural hospital.
